The City of Harrisburg has implemented new procedures and deadlines for organizations that wish to request a Gaming Grant Co-Applicant Letter from the City of Harrisburg.


Gaming GrantGaming Grant applicants must adhere to these new procedures and deadlines to be considered by Mayor Williams for a 2026-2027 Gaming Grant Co-Applicant Letter.

The procedures to follow to request a Gaming Grant Co-Applicant Letter are as follows:

Access the 2026-2027 Gaming Grant Link posted on the City of Harrisburg’s website.

  1. Please fill out and submit the electronic Laserfiche Request Form.
  2. A version of the letter is automatically generated and delivered to City of Harrisburg administrators.
  3. Mayor Williams reviews each letter request from each requesting organization on a rolling basis.
  4. Requests approved by Mayor Williams will receive a City co-applicant sponsorship letter signed by the Mayor. This letter will be scanned to the requesting organization and to the Dauphin County Gaming Grant staff.

What if my request for a City letter is denied?

If your organization is denied by the City of Harrisburg as co-applicant for a Dauphin County Gaming Grant, you should immediately reach out to Dauphin County for a direct sponsorship.
