CITY CHOSEN AS LOCATION FOR ‘2008 WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE CONFERENCE’
Harrisburg, PA – Audree Ashe, President of the Victorious Christian Women (VCA) organization, will today officially announce that the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers has been chosen as the site for the ‘2008 Women of Excellence Conference’ slated to take place from July 18-20, 2008.
The Women of Excellence Conference has a tremendous history of hosting a multi-cultural group of hundreds of women from across the nation. The Women of Excellence Conference is noted for both nationally- and internationally-renowned presenters. The Conference is a reunion and a time of rejuvenation. The Conference enables attendees to reflect on their purpose and access their power as women.
The City of Harrisburg, and more specifically the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers, were chosen because of their outstanding delivery of service. The City provides the convenient amenities necessary to meet the needs of the women in attendance. Recognizing the impact of cross-cultural tourism, the Conference is committed to the economic development of the host city.
This outstanding, life-changing Conference will include internationally-acclaimed authors Michelle McKinney Hammond and Pat Ashley. Joining the Conference team is the renowned Devi Titus, founder of Virtue Magazine and the Mentoring Mansion. Closing out the weekend is the dynamic Grammy award-winning Marilyn McCoo.
