SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS WANTED BY HARRISBURG POLICE ON VARIOUS CRIMES

 

Harrisburg, PA – Mayor Stephen R. Reed today said that Harrisburg Police are looking for three different suspects in connection with several unrelated crimes.

Reed said police are looking for Jason McAllister, 20, of the 1200 block of Market Street, and Montwona Moon, 30, of the 100 block of West Elm Street in Norristown, PA, in connection with the robbery of a cab driver that occurred on February 2, 2007 in the 1400 block of South 15th Street.

The Mayor said McAllister is described as a 6’ tall, 200 pound black male. He is wanted on five capias warrant charges including PWI, Robbery, Forgery, Criminal Trespass and Receiving Stolen Property.

Reed said Moon is described as a 5’3’’ tall, 180 pound black female. She is wanted on two capias warrant charges including Unauthorized Use and False ID. She also has a warrant for Absconding Witness.

The Mayor also said police are separately looking for Ruffis Foster, 21, of the 2500 block of Lexington Street in connection with the September 10, 2007 theft of a vehicle in the 300 block of Boas Street. In this incident, a victim reported her car stolen and a short while later, the suspect was found unlocking the door to get in the vehicle.

Foster is also wanted for PWI and Possession in an incident that occurred on September 28, 2007, at the Radnor Street Playground, where the suspect was spotted smoking marijuana by a police officer. Foster is described as a 5’7’’ tall, 140 pound black male.
