NEW CAMERON STREET CAFÉ & BAR OFFERS 24-HOUR DINING SERVICE

Mayor Stephen R. Reed today cut the ribbon to officially open the new Cameron Street Café and Bar at Cameron and Market Streets. The distinctive new eatery offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner dining and is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Reed said the unique new dining and nightlife attraction is owned and operated by Kevin and Kimberly Cibulka, who bring extensive prior dining and tavern experience to the new venture. The fully-restored 2,800 sq. ft. eatery seats 100 and employs 20 full and part time employees. Financing for the new restaurant and bar included a $160,000 loan from the city’s Business Revolving Loan Program.

The Mayor said Cameron Street Café offers largely American cuisine, including burgers, steaks and crabcakes, and features their signature jumbo hot wings. Big screen and other televisions offer the popular Sunday Direct Ticket NFL games, and live musical entertainment or dj’s are offered every Friday and Saturday night. Free Café parking is conveniently located directly behind the new attraction.

Reed said the new restaurant also features a full bar with daily happy hour specials. The bar side is open until 2 a.m. daily but the restaurant remains in operation around the clock.

“This is a quality new dining and entertainment attraction,” said Mayor, “which benefits from a very strategic location on one of the city’s busiest intersections and along two of its busiest streets. Located within one block of the new restaurant are literally hundreds of workers, who can now enjoy quality food and beverages at a conveniently close location. The 24-hour dining service also means that patrons of many of downtown’s other nightlife attractions no longer have to travel outside the city for late night or after-hours dining.”

Reed said the new Cameron Street Café and Bar also offers take-out dining Services, and can be reached at (717) 920.0243
