About the Billing and Quality Assurance Unit
The Billing and Quality Assurance is responsible for the billing of utility payments and city and school district real estate taxes. City utility services are provided to city residents and commercial users as well as to six outlying municipalities including Susquehanna Township, Lower Paxton Township, Swatara Township, Penbrook Borough, Steelton Borough and Paxtang Borough.
