INVITATION TO BID

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Harrisburg, Office of Purchasing, 10 North Second Street, Suite 302, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101, until 3:00 P.M., TUESDAY – JUNE 3, 2008 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in Suite 304B of the same building immediately thereafter, for:

PROJECT NUMBER 2214-08 – HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM/LEAD III
(REHABILITATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF HARRISBURG)

Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount is required with each bid submitted in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, an irrevocable letter of credit drawn on a bank acceptable to the City or a bid bond. Copies of the Project Documents, including specifications, may be seen at and obtained from the Office of Purchasing, 10 North Second Street, Suite 302, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101, (717) 255-6472.
