The Draft 2010 Zoning Code, as recommended for approval by the Harrisburg Planning Commission on August 4th, is now available at the link below. The maps which are included with the Draft Zoning Code may also be viewed. The resolution of the Harrisburg Planning Commission is also provided below.

The New Zoning Code was introduced as Bill 19-2010 on August 24th and was referred to the Building and Housing Committee of the Harrisburg City Council. The date for the public hearing has not been scheduled yet.
