Eccles and Rouse began the construction of the Townes at Governor’s Square, 71 new homeownership units are expected to be completed by 2010. 	Olde Uptown The Old Uptown neighborhood, which most have been vacant sine the 1972 Agnes Flood, is experiencing an unprecedented scale of residential revitalization thanks to the partnership of WCI Partners and Green Street Properties. Mt. Pleasant Homes Located in the 1400 and 1500 blocks of Swatara Street and the 300 block of South 16th Street, 25 new townhomes will be built in the neighborhood.
