Restaurant Inspections
We coordinate our food safety inspections of restaurants and related uses with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. To find inspection reports on restaurants we have inspected, go to www.agriculture.state.pa.us. Click on "Online Services" and choose "Food Safety Inspection Results." The site allows you to search for a specific business, or to find what inspections were done in any county or zip code.

You must also possess a valid Mercantile License and Zoning Permit. If you need to obtain a Mercantile License or Zoning Permit, the application may be found here.

Special Event Health License
This license applies to those vendors selling food during special events - such as ArtsFest, American MusicFest, or Kipona - or other events or services in our City Parks. Use the attached application. Download application here.
