This Unit is responsible for the billing and collection of utility payments. Unlike many municipalities that bill separately for water, sewer, trash and recycling services, City residents pay for these services on one convenient monthly utility bill. The Customer Service Representative/Billing Clerk reviews and ensures that all City utility billing is correct.
There are five (5) Account Specialists/Customer Service Representatives available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., to provide billing and account information, establish payment schedules for those who fall behind in their utility payments and answer many other questions that citizens or businesses may have. Please feel free to call the Office to speak to an Account Specialist/Customer Service Representative or to schedule an appointment to discuss your account.
Since we wish to provide each customer and their account the attention it deserves, appointments must be scheduled to discuss your utility account. If you come to the Bureau without a scheduled appointment, it cannot be guaranteed that a representative will be immediately available to assist you.
