1. The Revolving Loan Program is limited to City-based businesses, with funding ranging from $500 to $150,000.
2. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Loan Program is limited to City-based businesses which are located in or relocating to blighted areas of the City, as pre-determined by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, with funding ranging from $500 to $20,000.
3. The New Baldwin Corridor Enterprise Zone Loan Program is limited to businesses located south of the City limits (Cameron Street Corridor) and ending at the Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown. The funding may range from $500 to $200,000.
